It’s been getting pretty cold here over the last few weeks.\u00c2\u00a0 All the leaves are changing colors and we have had to get out our winter jackets.<\/p>\n

This weekend we went to the Hotel Windsor for their famous Afternoon Tea.\u00c2\u00a0 My mom and dad got us two gift certificates for my birthday, but since we were in Brisbane we had to wait until now to go.<\/p>\n

The historic Hotel Windsor<\/p><\/div>\n

Tea started off with a glass of rose champagne, a three tiered tray of savory treats, and of course the Hotel Windsor special blend of tea.\u00c2\u00a0 Snacks included little finger sandwiches on the first tier, savory muffins and meat pies (totally Aussie) on the middle tier, and scones with double cream and jam on the top tier.\u00c2\u00a0 We were in heaven already!<\/p>\n

And if all of that was not enough, there was a desert buffet including a chocolate fountain and fresh crepes.\u00c2\u00a0 We went into for a couple rounds of deserts, trying to get a little taste of everything that looked good.\u00c2\u00a0 Needless to say we were\u00c2\u00a0 happy and had very full tummy’s leaving the Hotel Windsor.<\/p>\n
