<\/a>Living room in the beach house (I could get used to this!)<\/p><\/div>\n
On Saturday morning we set out to do some sightseeing along the Great Ocean Road. \u00c2\u00a0Our first stop was the Otway National Park for a stroll on the beach and a stop to check out all of the native koalas. \u00c2\u00a0This was the first time we have been able to see koalas in the wild. \u00c2\u00a0Usually they are high up in the trees or away from the roads. \u00c2\u00a0These seems to not mind eating right by the parks major roadway.<\/p>\n

After a quick stop for lunch we went to see the famous Twelve Apostles, which are limestone stacks off the shore of Port Campbell National Park. \u00c2\u00a0Due to erosion there are now only eight stacks left, but they are still very impressive to see.<\/p>\n

Sunday was a lazy day. \u00c2\u00a0We cooked up a big brekkie, read on the sun deck, and took a long walk on the beach before heading back to Melbourne. \u00c2\u00a0A great weekend to start off spring!<\/p>\n
