Rafting and Glow Worms"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Before leaving the west coast we went on a &#8220;underworld rafting&#8221; tour in the Paparoa National Park near the town of Westport. \u00c2\u00a0We got to see some great cave formations, glow worm lit\u00c2\u00a0grotto&#8217;s, and tube down the Nile River (not the one in Africa).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1671\" style=\"width:
