{"id":2125,"date":"2012-07-24T09:48:47","date_gmt":"2012-07-24T16:48:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thejohnsonsjournal.com\/?p=2125"},"modified":"2012-07-24T09:48:47","modified_gmt":"2012-07-24T16:48:47","slug":"back-in-la","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thejohnsonsjournal.com\/?p=2125","title":{"rendered":"Back in LA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After a LONG 24-hours in transit we made it back to LA. \u00c2\u00a0Our first stop after settling in at Scott&#8217;s parents house was to get burritos from El Burrito Junior. \u00c2\u00a0Just what we were missing!<\/p>\n<p>Another thing we were missing was good old American BBQ, so on 4th of July we cooked up some BBQ rib, chicken, and all the fixings. \u00c2\u00a0Then over the weekend we got to hang out with the family and friends at Dan and Mel&#8217;s wedding shower.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2140\" style=\"width: 377px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2140\" class=\" wp-image-2140 \" title=\"IMG_4785\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thejohnsonsjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/IMG_4785-408x614.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"367\" height=\"553\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-2140\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Scott got to be a kid again and play monster trucks at the shower.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The following week were went to Disneyland with my family for my Dad&#8217;s birthday. \u00c2\u00a0We spent a full day at California Adventure where we saw the new Car&#8217;s land and had dinner at Napa Rose, one of our favorites. \u00c2\u00a0 The next day we spent at Disneyland and got to spend Dad&#8217;s birthday lunch in Club 33 (if you don&#8217;t know, it&#8217;s a secret or maybe not so secret\u00c2\u00a0restaurant\u00c2\u00a0in Disneyland only opened to members and there friends.
