Friday and Saturday we were relaxing, running errands, and cooking and washing clothes at Virg’s aunt and uncle’s house.<\/p>\n

While her aunt and uncle were on vacation we got to watch Virg’s 4 cousins and their 4 dogs and 3 cats (4 including Virg’s own cat).<\/p>\n

We made some awesome eggs in the morning, baked ziti that all of Virg’s cousins enjoyed, and our favorite carrot cake cupcakes for dessert.<\/p>\n

It was nice to just relax and not have too much to do for a couple of days and we were able to plan out the next portion of our trip.<\/p>\n

After Virg and we packed all our stuff Connecticut, we headed for New York City and she for California.<\/p>\n

Our friends, Michelle and David took us out to a great Italian restaurant. Unfortunately we failed to take pictures but did get a picture from Michelle’s roof, nice view.<\/p>\n
