The rain stopped in the early evening so we decided to head out and see what there was close. We found a cemetery with signs of famous historic figures. The beers were alright but not spectacular. There are 21 gardens in the city. That&#8217;s Mrs. Wilkes restaurant. Its only open Monday through Friday from 11 to 2 and you&#8217;ll have to wait in line to try it. Luckily it only took us 15 or 20 minutes to get in. We sat down to a table full of soul food including collard greens, candied yams, beef stew, mac and cheese and of course fried chicken. Everything was awesome and since its served family style, we got to sit down and share it with another family.
