Our new home

Its been over a year since we arrived in Melbourne with a free room at a friends house and no plans for what we were going to do.  We have had an amazing year!  We have met lots of great friends and colleagues, had a chance to live in Brisbane for 5-weeks, and visited three other Australian states since we have been here. I started a new full-time job in December and we have just moved into a new home in January.  Not to mention, in a couple weeks we are off to New Zealand to meet my parents for a road trip across Kiwi country.
We were really excited to find a cute 2-bedroom Victorian with a garden to call home for the next year. It’s in walking distance to lots of local restaurants and nightlife along Chapel Street and is not too far away from the city. Here are some photos of the new place that I thought I would share with you.Â

I can’t believe it’s been a year Court!! Your place looks so cute, I hope we get to see it in person soon! Have fun with Mom and Dad in NZ too, it seems like that came up fast.
