Back in LA

After a LONG 24-hours in transit we made it back to LA. Â Our first stop after settling in at Scott’s parents house was to get burritos from El Burrito Junior. Â Just what we were missing!
Another thing we were missing was good old American BBQ, so on 4th of July we cooked up some BBQ rib, chicken, and all the fixings. Â Then over the weekend we got to hang out with the family and friends at Dan and Mel’s wedding shower.
Scott got to be a kid again and play monster trucks at the shower.
The following week were went to Disneyland with my family for my Dad’s birthday.  We spent a full day at California Adventure where we saw the new Car’s land and had dinner at Napa Rose, one of our favorites.  The next day we spent at Disneyland and got to spend Dad’s birthday lunch in Club 33 (if you don’t know, it’s a secret or maybe not so secret restaurant in Disneyland only opened to members and there friends. Thanks Ronny and Sue!)
