Say Cheese…steaks!

Posted: November 13th, 2009 by Scott

The next stop on our trip coming south from New York was Philadelphia, the birthplace of our nation. But before checking it all out, we needed a solid breakfast. Our couch surf host Deep took us to a cool little place he likes, Sabrina’s. I got some awesome stuffed french toast, it was enough to feed a horse, and delicious.

After breakfast we toured the town, we checked out the public art…

All that horsing around worked up quite an appetite. So next we went to where every one who is hungry, in Philly, and is a tourist goes. Pat’s and Geno’s cheesesteak stands.

We couldn’t really decide which one we liked more. I guess we’ll just have to come back and try them again!

The next day we got up and headed down to Baltimore. While we were there we went to a place seen on Food Network’s Diners Drive-Ins and Dives, Blue Moon Cafe. I got Cap’n Crunch french toast. It was awesome. Apparently I like french toast.
